In these Terms and Conditions, the Organiser means The Value For Money Company Limited, Company Number 2679221. ‘Event’ shall mean the event, exhibition or show printed on this ticket or invoice.

1. This ticket or invoice  entitles the holder to admission to the event on any one of  the days of the event

2. There is no admission to the event without a ticket with the exception of children 16 and under who are accompanied by an adult with a ticket.
3. Animals (except for registered guide dogs for the blind) will not be admitted into the venues.
4. All tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another time or date at the Organiser’s discretion
5. In the unlikely event of a show being cancelled by the Organiser you will be entitled to a full refund of the monies expended on your ticket (s) but under no circumstances will the Organiser be responsible for unforeseen or indirect loss.
6. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the management/Organiser.
7. Prams and pushchairs are not allowed within the venues but baby backpacks are and some will be available from the organiser to use.
8. Wheelchairs are permitted and one carer will be permitted free for any disabled person. The carer does not need to pre- book a ticket.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour which is likely to give rise to injury, damage, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable request of the organiser.
10. As members of the event audience, ticket holders may be filmed and/or sound recorded for future broadcast.
11. The sale of articles in the gangways, corridors or anywhere on the exhibition premises is strictly prohibited unless it is done with the written permission of the Organiser.
12. The debit on your credit or debit card will show either “Good Deal Directory” or “The Value For Money Company”.
